Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
You received the wrong item.
The product is damaged or defective.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unworn.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Used or washed products.
Items damaged by the customer.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
